Inspire Health Therapies offers:

An individual iRest ®Yoga Nidra Education & Meditation Program specifically created by Autumn for defence veterans and delivered for 3 hours over 3 weeks duration

Having served in the Australian Defence Force for 19 years with Operational tours in East Timor and the Middle East, Autumn created a program to support Veterans and members of the Community to overcome issues that restrain them from living life and experiencing true happiness. Autumns offers a refreshingly open and honest experience when passing on her wisdom to others, you will explore your inner being and experience a self-transformation.

Integrative Restoration (iRest) Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation designed for modern day living, it assist people to connect into a place within that is calm - even when life is not. You are able to book a unique iRest Yoga Nidra one on one three day workshop in addition to group meditation classes, one on one and group restorative yoga classes.

Autumn is 1 of 14 certified iRest teachers within Australia. She is 1 of 4 meditation teachers within the QLD region who has been endorsed by The Meditation Association of Australia as a Therapeutic and Personal Development mediation teacher. Her teacher specialty is in helping Veterans, Active Military Members, Trauma, Sleep / Insomnia and general wellbeing. 

90 minute iRest Yoga Nidra appointments with Autumn are also available.

iRest Yoga Nidra is an evidence based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions & thought patterns, calms the nervous system, & develops an inner sanctuary of well-being.

You do not need to have any experience in yoga or any other form of relaxation or meditation. There is no movement required in iRest & you are able to participate either lying down or in a comfortable seated position. Mats, bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided, however you are welcome to bring you own if you wish.

Alternatively you can purchase these as a package when making your booking. It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing.
