About iRest

iRest Yoga Nidra is an evidence based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions & thought patterns, calms the nervous system, & develops an inner sanctuary of well-being.

You do not need to have any experience in yoga or any other form of relaxation or meditation. There is no movement required in iRest & you are able to participate either lying down or in a comfortable seated position. Mats, bolsters, blankets & eye pillows are provided, however you are welcome to bring you own if you wish.

Alternatively you can purchase these as a package when making your booking. It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing.

iRest Yoga Nidra Six week Group Program

The six week program is conducted for one hour & fifteen minutes each week over six consecutive weeks. The program comprises of a maximum of 10 participants and is suitable for those with no previous yoga or meditation experience. The cost is $189.90 (includes course materials) & full payment is required before the commencement of the program. If referred by a General Practitioner under Better Access to Health Initiative you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of up to $129.90.
