Michelle is a Registered Psychologists with over 10 years experience in community and private settings and practices both within the Psychology Board of Australia ethics and contuiniung professional development. Michelle's interest areas include depression, anxiety, stress and communication difficulties. Michelle utilises treatment modalities including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness & Relaxation.

Lucia Do - Generalist Psychologist

Lucia is a Registered Psychologist who has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours) degree and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. Lucia's experience includes clinical assessment and treatment of a range of psychological difficulties and conditions. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults and older persons in a university clinic, private mental health hospital and high school. Lucia places an emphasis on creating an authentic and non-judgemental therapeutic environment with a collaborative approach to empower clients to create and maintain positive changes in their lives. She practices with an integrative approach tailored to the needs of each client. Lucia's experience includes several therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, strengths-based models, dialectal behaviour therapy, acceptance commitment therapy and motivational interviewing.Lucia's interest areas include stress and anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions and multicultural issues.

Aneeka Bott - Generalist Psychologist

Aneeka is a Registered Psychologist who has completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at The University of Queensland. Aneeka has extensive experience in both hospital and community settings working with children and families experiencing complex mental health difficulties. Aneeka also has experience working with adults in various private practice settings. Aneeka has a warm and non-judgemental manner and enjoys using a mixed therapeutic approach to best meet the needs and goals of the individual client. Some of Aneeka's specific areas of interest including assisting individuals suffering from depression, burnout and work related stress, sleep issues, chronic pain and other health related concerns, adjustment disorders, generalised anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, poor body image and disordered eating, and anxiety disorders in children.

Eunice is a Clinical Psychologist who has completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Eunice has worked with various client groups including adults, adolescents, children, families, and individuals with disabilities. Eunice has years of experience in private practice and previously worked with a nongovernment organisation, and acquired training in community health settings and disability services Eunice's special interest areas include PTSD (complex trauma, domestic violence, abuse), personality disorders, mood disorders, multicultural mental health, behavioural issues with children, and a wide range of mental health issues across the lifespan. Eunice adopts a warm and non-judgemental approach and strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for her clients. Also, Eunice is multilingual and able to offer services in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
