Can I still attend my session face to face?
Yes, we are open for business and you can attend your appointment in person.
Can I schedule an online or over the phone appointment?
Yes, we offer over the phone and online appointments to all clients.
Will I be following government regulations by attending my appointment face to face?
The Federal Minister of Health has encouraged providers to continue face to face services where possible. Our practice is strictly following all social distancing criteria and will continue to follow government advice.
What are we doing to ensure our clinic is prepared for keeping our clients safe during COVID-19?
· We disinfect the office after each client
· We are following social distancing advice
· We have an infection prevention and control plan
If I’m an NDIS client can I access funding for over the phone and online appointments?
Yes, you can have an online or over the phone appointment fully funded by your NDIS fund as per usual.
If I’m a Workcover client can I access funding for over the phone and online appointments?
Yes, Workcover is approving online and over the phone appointments on a case by case basis.
Can I use private health insurance for over the phone or online appointments?
Yes, please contact your private health insurance company to confirm they will fund telehealth appointments.
If I’m receiving financial funding through Victims Assist for my psychology appointments, can I access funding for over the phone and online appointments?
Yes, Victims Assist has approved online and over the phone appointments on a case by case basis.
